OK, OK, so we know both Blake Lively and Ashley Greene donned the Antonio Berardi frock in different colors, but no matter if it's black or white, it's still essentially the same gown that our ladies wore. So for the purposes of our good ol' fashion battle, it's game on!

Ashley Greene rocked a cream version of the lingerie-esque Berardi dress at the 12th Annual Young Hollywood Awards. The "Twilight" starlet accessorized with peep-toe heelsthat matched the black lace detail on her gown, chunky hoop earrings, and a loose updo.
Just last week, Blake Lively modeled a black version of the same form-fitting gown to the premiere of her new film "The Town" in Boston. Mixing things up, the "Gossip Girl" blonde sported nude Elizabeth & James platform pumps, drop earrings, and a chunky cocktail ring. A sleek hairstyle completed her look.
Ashley's cream frock was definitely more attention-grabbing, and the 23-year-old really brought out her sexy side with the exposed bodice detail. Lively kept her black edition more zipped up, which lent her dress a more conservative vibe. So ... who wore it better?
